Family of Four

The room size was enough for our family of four. The hotel is next to Spaland, Shinsegae and Lotte Dept Store. We arrived in Busan early morning so we left our luggage at the hotel and went to Spaland instead until we were able to check-in. It is a bit far from Busan station but only few stops away from Haeundae beach and other major attractions are accessible from there by train. Really depends on your itinerary. There is a coffee shop and couple of convenience stores in the hotel. There are also a lot of restaurants around which were open til late. The coin laundry was very handy for us. Front desk was open 24 hours. Special mention to front desk guy Evan Lee. I accidentally left some items from our hotel room because our KTX was 6am so we were rushing. We were already in Seoul when I realised. Evan kindly organised my items to be posted to our hotel in Seoul! Talk about customer service! Thank you very much Evan and Haeundae Centum Hotel! Til we meet again.

There furniture was date and there were stains on the carpet but really very minor and didn’t affect our stay at all.

Great hotel next to BEXCO, ideal short walking distance

Room was comfortable and A/C great. Kitchen and living areas very nice. Beds were comfortable. Liked the laminate flooring and marble bathrooms. Great large kitchen countertop. Washing machine was a plus!

Need chest of drawers in the main bedroom No desk No Iron and ironing board No knives and plates in the kitchen\ Need proper shower so that water does not drain on floor whenever the shower is used. Allow guest to plug tablet/computer/phone into TV. TV instructions in English would have been good.

Near BEXCO

The size of the room is big. Very near to BEXCO..Coffee Bean and convenient stores is in the building. Near metro station.

Only 1 bedside table. Hallway is a bit dark. No bidet (some rooms in the same category have bidet). Room facilities seems to differ for room in the same category. Staff is not helpful in providing information about Busan.

my room was dusty and I had very little hand soap left in the tube. both hand soap and lotion tubes were almost finished and therefore difficult to use.

Large spacious rooms with excellent facilities and location. Great price for the quality of room.

large room with very comfortable beds. Great location to conference centre and nearby restaurants. Clean and tidy rooms that were serviced every day. It was great having fresh cold water in the fridge each day. It was great having a coffee shop in the lobby as well. The staff speak very good english and were helpful in getting a taxi.

Hallway carpet is grubby and not fixed to the floor well. Otherwise really enjoyed my stay.

very close to BEXCO (the conference venue). there are convenience stores, coffee shops etc. inside the hotel. staff is helpful (finding clinic for PCR; booking a taxi etc.)

Conveniently located with larger rooms

Good location near BEXCO and Centum City. We had a large room with a nice size fridge and mini-stove. Microwave and laundry were available on an adjacent floor.

Cleanliness could be improved, especially in the hallways. No breakfast available, though there are many coffee shops nearby.
